Following a period in banking and finance, Jon joined BUPA in 1988 in a Senior Sales role at their Manchester office and rose to Regional Sales Manager within Corporate Business
Jon formed Atlas Consulting Group in 1996 after 12 months with a specialist employee benefits intermediary. |
| Liz Tuer - Company Secretary |
Liz has over 20 years commercial experience, initially in finance and after children in retailing with her own business.
Liz was a founder member of Atlas Consulting Group in 1996; she was and remains instrumental in developing the service proposition. |
| Bob Catchpole ACII – Consultant |
Bob began his career in the general insurance industry with over 20 years experience working for insurers in an external capacity.
Since 1986 Bob has operated in the Healthcare market. Initially, employed by the insurer Guardian Health for 11 years and in that time he progressed from being a Business Manager to Regional Manager responsible for mentoring an external team as well as developing relationships with a number of leading Healthcare Specialist Advisers.
In 1998 Bob made a successful transition from the insurer market to that of independent consultant, and subsequently joined Atlas in 2005. He advises Corporate clients on the complete range of Healthcare Insurance Products and Services with particular emphasis on Employee Wellbeing and Health Risk Management. Bob’s particular strengths lie with his considerable all round healthcare knowledge and expertise providing high quality solution driven consultancy and Pro Active client support. |
| Shona Holland – Consultant |
Shona has over 25 years experience in the Insurance industry, specialising in Healthcare from 1993 onwards.
Having worked for both a large Private Medical Insurance provider dealing with large corporate schemes, and a Multi National Insurance Broker dealing with Shona moved to Atlas Consulting Group in June 2004.
Within Atlas Consulting Group Shona has responsibility for the account management of all aspects of SME business. Previously responsible for the individual portfolio Shona has established protocols and procedures as required by the FSA for the needs and demands of each individual client; in addition to this is responsible for the specific database management for this client sector. |
| Karen Smith – Consultant |
Karen has worked within the Healthcare arena since 1988. Having worked for both Private Medical and Group Risk Insurers, along with a Multi National Insurance Broker, Karen joined Atlas Consulting Group in 2002.
During her time at Atlas Consulting Group, Karen has established a substantial portfolio of Corporate Clients, working with each client according to their own needs and requirements and providing an integrated health solution.
Karen takes pride in the working relationship she establishes and effectively becomes a part of the Health & Welfare strategy team for her clients; bringing a wealth of knowledge and understanding to each of her clients with regard to Health Risk Management and Wellbeing programmes. |
| Beccy Parsons – Consultant |
After relocating to Manchester from the West Midlands Beccy spent a successful period in a customer facing consultancy role with a leading recruitment firm in the North West.
She joined Atlas Consulting Group in 2008 initially as a Trainee Consultant, working alongside our experienced Consultants, to develop her skills and knowledge in the private medical insurance and employee benefits sector.
In 2009 Beccy was promoted to the position of Client Consultant, initially managing a portfolio of personal clients and subsequently, responsible for the management of a portfolio of company clients, meeting their requirements across a range of Employee Benefit and Business Protection needs. |
| Diane Lewis – Consultant |
Following a career in hotel management, Diane moved into financial services, and has over 16 years experience in the industry, specialising in employee benefits and business protection since 2005.
Having worked for large financial institutions, and brokers, as an Independent Financial Adviser, Diane joined Atlas Consulting Group in November 2009.
Within Atlas Consulting Group, Diane advises corporate clients on the complete range of employee benefits and business protection. Diane prides herself on the ongoing working partnership she builds with her clients ensuring their needs are met at all times, through her extensive knowledge of the employee benefit and business protection market. |
